Cancellation and Refund Policy

If the Renter cancels a booking, the following cancellation fees apply based on the number of calendar days between the date the Company receives the cancellation notice and the scheduled pickup date: 

• 21 or more days before pickup: No cancellation fee. 

• 15–20 days before pickup: No cancellation fee. 

• 8–14 days before pickup: A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total rental booking amount. 

• 7 days or fewer before pickup: A cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total rental booking amount. 

For purposes of this policy, the total rental booking amount is the rental price shown in the booking confirmation or invoice, including any applicable taxes and fees included in that total. The security deposit is separate from the rental booking amount and is handled under Section 9.3 of the rental agreement. 

Any cancellation fee will be applied against the amounts already paid toward the rental booking. If the Renter has paid more than the applicable cancellation fee, the excess will be refunded. If the amount already paid is less than the applicable cancellation fee, the Renter remains responsible for the unpaid portion of the cancellation fee, to the extent permitted by applicable law. 

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method where practicable.
